What kits do you offer?
We offer four different kits, each exclusively designed to work together. Click below to learn more about each one!

How often do kits ship?
Kits are designed and shipped b-monthly (every other month). This means you will receive kit in January, March, May, July, September & November. Kits ship sometime during the first two weeks of the following month. Due to covid, we are keeping these new shipping times until shipping to us is more consistent. So for example Januarys kit now ships sometime between February 1st and February 15th.
How much are kits?

Billing Informatoin
You will be for your kit on the same calendar day as the day you sign up. So for example if you sign up on January 7th, you will be billed on January 7th, for your first kit. Then your next kit, will bill on March 7th, and ship in march. If you signed up on the 15th, your kit will bill that day and then bill again in March on the 15th and bi-monthly until your kit cancels).
Where is my subscription billed through?
We use PayPal for all of our subscription services. So when you sign up, you will be signing up with us, through their service, but they do allow you to signup using a credit card or bank account account. However, it will be billed through PayPal and your sub information will be stored in PayPal not on this site.
How long is my subscription for?
We require a 3 kit billing cycle commitment per kit. The subscription price is set at a discounted rate for those who agree to subscribe for at least a 3 kit term. One Time purchases are only available in our TPS shop and are only available if we have any kits left over after we ship our kits for that month. They are priced at normal retail price which is $49.95. So in order to get the discounted rate there is a 3 kit minimum (per kit). Note: Each kit requires it's own 3 kit minimum (i.e. sticker kit also requires it's own 3 kit minimum, even if it's being shipped with the Planner kit. Your kit will continue to bill bi-monthly until you request to cancel by email.
Address changes?
To ensure your address is changed properly for your kit, please email us and we send you step by step instructions on how to do that. Please include your Full name on subscription, your current address, the new address you want to change it to, as well as your paypal email. Please email us at Christy@scarletlime.com
How much is shipping
US Shipping including Puerto Rico, HI & APOs
We ship priority via the United States Postal Service. Shipping per each MainPlanner Society Kit is $9.95. To add additional kits such as the Sticker Society Kit, Box Sticker Kit, and Washi Tape Kit, those will ship free with your Planner Society kit, (so for example, if you subscribe to all four kits, the shipping is still $9.95). Shipping for non planner society kits (Both Sticker kits and the Washi Tape kit, Hobonichi weeks, Mini Box Stickers), are $4.00 each when not subscribed or shipped with a Planner society kit.
Canada Shipping
We ship first class via the United States Postal Service. Shipping per each Planner Society Kit is $14.Shipping for Mini Box sticker is 12.95. To add additional kits such as the Sticker Society Kit, Box Sticker Kit, and Washi Tape Kit, those will ship free with your Planner Society kit, (so for example, if you subscribe to all four kits, the shipping is still $14). Shipping for non planner society kits (Both Sticker kits and the Washi Tape kit), are $14.00 each when not subscribed or shipped with a Planner society kit. If you subscribe to more than 4 kits, please contact customer service for shipping options.
All other International Shipping
We ship first class via the United States Postal Service. Shipping per each Planner Society Kit & Mini Planner kits is $24. To add additional kits such as the Sticker Society Kit, Box Sticker Kit, and Washi Tape Kit, those will ship free with your Planner Society kit, (so for example, if you subscribe to all four kits, the shipping is still $24) Shipping for non planner society kits (Both Sticker kits and the Washi Tape kit), are $24.00 each when not subscribed or shipped with a Planner society kit. If you subscribe to more than 4 kits, please contact customer service for shipping options.
Note: TPS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note this when subscribing, as by subscribing you agree to this term. TPS is not at fault if a package is not delivered but shows was mailed with tracking. (we ship all of our items with tracking however they do not come with insurance as they are shipped first class and first class does not include insurance via the USPS.
How do I cancel my subscription
As mentioned above, we require a 3 kit billing cycle commitment per kit, so once you have fulfilled that 3 kit minimum, you may cancel as long as we have one month notice from the month you want to cancel. For example, if you want to cancel for the July kit, we must be emailed and notified before June 1st so that we do not order a July kit for you. If you do not wish to wait to cancel there will be a $20 early cancellation fee or the price in the difference of the kit for the one time purchase price in our store (versus the sub price). In the event that you want to cancel and have not met the 3 kit billing cycle minimum, you will be billed the difference from discounted subscription price to the one time purchase price for each kit you have received. That difference is $25.00 per kit.
